An altered image showing the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan with a person wearing a black burqa has been shared with the false claim that it shows Khan arriving with a woman at the coronation of Britain’s King Charles III on May 6. The original photograph taken in June 2022 shows Khan with his wife wearing modern clothing. The original photograph shows Khan with his wife Saadiya Khan, who can be seen wearing a pant suit, not a burqa (here).
